Latest Laptop - Quad Core driven

We've all noticed that laptops are getting skinner and lighter over the past few years, but have you also noticed that they are getting wider. That is about the physical look. What about its performance. The latest will equipped with quad core processor and up to 1 TB HDD (SSD). The Graphic; Nvidia 9600 mobile series might be a good choice for that.

Toshiba : Qosmio Series

Toshiba claim to unveil its Quad Core HD technology to claims that these machines can run HD quality films from bog standard DVDs via a dedicated processor for Blu-ray rivalling images, leaving three other processors simultaneously able to process and work at premium speeds on other things. Multitasker.
There was no doubt however that it was the Quad Core HD processor and claimed top quality upscaling that ruffled the feathers of some of the older, more set-in-their-ways journalists attending the event. Us? We're willing to try anything that means HD quality results from DVDs we've already paid, happy to sit back and watch the cynics fight the merits of Blu-ray 'til downloading takes over.

Dell : XPS M1530

Consumers who liked the features or capabilities of Dell's XPS M1710/M1730 17" screen series but wanted the smaller form factor of the m1330 (13" screen) now have an intermediate choice in the Dell XPS 1530.

The m1530 includes an optional Blu-Ray drive, which isn't an option on the m1330. The m1530 also offers a better video card (256MB GeForce 8600M GT vs. the 128MB GeForce 8400M GS), and, of course, it has a larger 15" screen. The screen resolution is the same on both units, a (relatively low) 1280x800. Oddly, Dell now offers a 64GB SSD (Solid State Drive) upgrade on the m1330, but none on the m1530.

Xtreme 917V

Never mind that there's little-to-no software that can take advantage of four processing cores, Xtreme Notebooks has released the first quad-core laptop in the U.S. With no mobile quad-core parts in existence, the Xtreme 917V Accelerator turns to desktop CPUs, giving you a choice between the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 and the Q6700. Other niceties on this gaming laptop/mobile workstation include: a glossy widescreen 17-inch display (up to 1920x1200 resolution), one or two Nvidia GeForce Go 8700M GT or 7950 GTX graphics cards, and up to three hard drives in RAID 0, 1 or 5 configurations. It ships with 4.1 speakers (yes, this beast has a subwoofer), a Webcam, and a hefty 12-cell battery, while giving you the option to add a Blu-ray drive, a TV tuner, and 11n Wi-Fi. You can outfit it with XP or Vista or opt out of a preloaded OS entirely. Xtreme Notebooks quotes a system weight of 12.5 pounds.
